Autumn Love

I love autumn. Not as much as winter but I do love autumn. I love the chilly days and layering. Fancy expensive drinks and pumpkin everything. The candles and cosy nights in, fallen leaves and spicy scents.

Look at these colours- they are beautiful! Imagine sitting in the park with a pumpkin spice latte all snuggled up in your coat and your scarf and having some girl time catching up.Amazing!

Lipstick

Autumn Lips.

As autumn is 7 days in and is not backing down, so should lipsticks. This one is from Kiko (my fav store which should ban me...) it is in colour 12 and it's a velvety finish that stains your lips and does not move. That is a brilliant reason to get this lipstick and love it. Literally it is so hard to get it off and the colour is in between sheen and matte which is such a autumny thing. I opted for a red wine colour that kind of has a purply undertone so it is not fully red. I like it because it is such a sassy colour on me and it really does remind me of colder months.
I got this on a deal but I think it's original price is around £6. It's a normal price for a lipstick that you will love using and just love like I do!

Lip Balm

Autumn Essentials: Lips.

Autumn has hit UK big time! It is not that kind of rainy, muddy and all you wanna do is stay at home autumn, it is pretty and sunny however all the warmth is vanished so it is time to really take care of your skin and lips and to bring out those jumpers you hid since winter.
I do like autumn as it is coming up to winter and that is my favorite time. I love candles (oh that's another obsession I should definitely blog about...), and jumpers, and apple cinnamon muffins and fire places ahhhh everything that's cosy I love it.
I also love this nourishing lip balm. I usually wear a lot of lipsticks so I would use it at home or when I have really dry lips or if I am doing make-up free. It is 8 hours cream it doesn't stay on your lips for 8 hours but it keep your lips nourished for very long time. It also have SPF of 20 which keeps your lips protected from the sun and as lips are a thin skin you definitely need that protection.
I used to use a lot of Vaselines and I really used to have the feeling it left on my lips, this lip balm feels a little more of a cream consistency but it doesn't bother me much. There is a lip applicator that is super helpful, how many of you stuck your finger into your Vaseline and applied on your lips thinking how many germs there is and where to clean your finger after your application? It doesn't really have a smell of anything but the smell reminds me of a pharmaceutical product, and it doesn't taste of anything either.
As it is Elizabeth Arden product it is pricy. It costs £19 and it's 14.2g of product. I think it is worth if Vaselines don't help you much as it really nourishes your lips. I will be reaching for this lip balm a lot more now that colder months are coming!
